REACT EMS has added the EZ I/O device as one of the latest of its life saving equipmment. This device allows safer delivery of life saving fluids and medications to those in need immediately.

This provides an viable alternative to traditonal intravenous therapy (I.V.), which is often difficult to obtain in patient whose veins have collapsed as a result of trauma or dehydration or severe cases shock. When traditonal vascular access is challenging or impossible, the EZ I/O system allows Paramedics to drill inside the bone, providing for rapid, safe secure delivery of life saving drugs and fluids.
